"Extraordinary Living in a Nature Preserved Community"
Overall Map Of Glencairn Forest!
|
Glencairn Forest includes 390 acres of land in the Township of Richfield bounded by Interstates 271 and 77, Wheatley Road and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This is a truly unique property due to its deep-wooded ravines and rolling, upland meadows as well as the convenience of a four way, on-off interchange of I-77 and Wheatley Road at the southwestern corner of the property. It is enhanced by lakes and waterfalls.

There is also more jobs within a 40-minute drive of this location than any other community between the East Coast and Chicago with the sole exception of Detroit which, of course, has a totally different atmosphere.
The property will have approximately 155 single-family lots averaging more than one acre in size and about 190 clustere units.
The wooded entry drive is approximately 1/3 of a mile long without any exposed driveways and passes along several lakes, a cascading waterfall and a gently winding stream before rising 70 feet to the meadow above. Appropriate restriction on sizes (minimum and maximum), setbacks, material, architectural design, etc. are incorporated in the guidelines that follow.

Special amenities include tennis courts, a recreation area, a picnic pavilion next to a natural waterfall and more than three miles of wood-chipped trails in the 25%+ green space of Glencairn Forest. The property is located in the highly regarded Revere School System.

Part of our 3 1/2 miles of walking trails and our picnic pavilion nestled in a wooded valley overlooking a natural waterfall on the property have been completed as well as two hard surface tennis courts and a playground for children. We have also put in several man made waterfalls and a large four-acre lake to enhance the already beautiful topography.

Across I-77 to the west is a 107-acre Planned Commerce District in Richfield Village. This land features ideal locations for a corporate headquaters building with a 20-mile view across the Cuyahoga Valle, as well as other prime sections well suited for a research center or regional operations offices, etc. Both properties are heavily marketed by Glencairn Corporation; Realty One for residential and Chartwell Group for commercial.
